Life Happens

It was winter the last time I wrote now you look outside and everything is green and beautiful again. Our last couple of months in a glance... In March, we celebrated Steve's 32 birthday (which means my 30th is just around the corner). During spring break, Steve and Lynn put wood floors in our living room and Presley's room. They look great! In April, I finished my classes up at WSU-V. I am almost officially finished. I will be presenting my project to my committee in June and then I am done. It has been so nice not having to go to class twice a week and not having to do homework. I am enjoying the extra time I have to be a mommy and a wife. Just ask Steve I have taken over cooking again. It won't last long because he is a good cook... but I like it for now. Steve bought a motorcycle in March and he love it. Zoe tells him he rides it way too much. Lol! Zoe and Presley are doing good. Zoe is loving school! Presley will be 3 next month. I can hardly believe it.

Our Lily Girl

We had to make the sad decision to give our Lily dog up to the Pug Rescue. She has been suffering from an eye infection and she needs drops twice daily for the rest of her life. She is almost completely blind. With our busy schedule we couldn't provide her the care she needed any longer. It was a very sad day taking her and saying goodbye. We know in our hearts they will find the perfect home for her. She was a wonderful friend. We have many great memories to remember her by.

Where has time gone?

It has been way too long since the last time I blogged. Thanksgiving and Christmas came and went. Zoe was in her first Christmas program. She was so adorable. We spent lots of time with family. It was a great Christmas. We welcomed in the New year with friends. January flew by. We are now in February and spring is just around the corner. We can't wait to spend more time outdoors.

We have been enjoying the fall days of October!! (We love sunny fall days the most!)

We went to Sauvie Island (Kreger's Farm) Pumpkin Patch. It has become a family tradition. We have gone every year since Zoe was born.

September ~

In September Zoe started Pre-Kindergarten at Rose Valley Friends Child Development Center. She loves it! (And she already has a boy friend.)

I celebrated my 29th birthday with my great hubby and my best of friends at the White Eagle McMenamins in Portland. It was a lot of fun!

The next morning we woke up bright and early and walked for the Race for the Cure. We had a great turn out. We had beautiful weather too!!
