Zoe's Birthday

Happy Birthday, Zoe!

We celebrated Zoe's 3rd birthday. We had a family party at Chuck-E-Cheese and a party with friends and family at our house. This year Zoe still wanted "Cake" for her birthday (inside joke) and she insisted on a blue party, (because blue is her favorite color of course). So we came up with Blue's Clues. It was a great birthday!

I can't believe I have a three year old!!!!

Pumpkin Patch

We went to the Pumpkin Patch on Zoe's Birthday weekend! We had a lot of fun picking our pumpkins, taking a hay ride, petting the pigs and cow, eating a sauage dog, and buying some yummy produce.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month

We had a very successful year with our team Myrtle's Turtles for the Race for the Cure! We have collected over $1000 towards the cure. Safeway takes donations during the month of October. We love the zoo!

We went to the zoo on September 27th for member appreciation day. It was really busy, but we still had a great time. We even got to see the baby elephant. We didn't even have to stand in line to see her. We rode the zoo train and got to see her. Zoe's favorite was the penguins but they were stinky. Presley's favorite was the sea lions. They were swimming around and around. He laughed, yelled, clapped and screamed at them. It was cute! Mommy's favorite was the bats... they are so interesting. Daddy's favorite was the BIG (lazy) python. The weather was great for us too! We had a great time!
